Metso HR Services EMEA provides daily HR services for all Metso business units in the areas of resourcing, compensation & benefits, learning & development and employment matters. The swedish Learning & Development (L&D) team is now looking for a third group member.
As L&D Specialist you will be responsible for creating, developing and maintaining L&D solutions within the areas Engineering, Product Development and Production. You will also be responsible for the event management (logistics, publishing, enrolment, invoicing and feedback), needs assessment and personnel training solutions within your L&D area.
You need suitable education (MS/BS in Human Resources or Engineering). You also need to have documented experience and knowledge within Engineering, Product Development and Production. You are an independent and outgoing person with a strong drive. You communicate fluently, both in Swedish and English, and have excellent collaboration and team skills. The job requires some travel, both in Sweden and Finland.
You will have challenging responsibilites and participate in implementing the freshly redefined HR processes in our operations in Sweden.
