THE CHALLENGE
Toyota Material Handling Europe is set for change. The T-Space intranet - unparalleled by reaching 12,000 employees across Europe every day - plays a key and strategic role. Its News channel continuously update us on company development and strategic direction, and its content is essential to save time and provide a great employee experience. This will be your "baby".
THE ROLE
Via your stories, your camera lens and your interviews, TMHE employees continuously discover our company. You provide engaging, high-quality news stories reflecting the strategic direction and business progress of our company, of our purpose, culture and values, and the possibilities with working for TMHE.
Your best "tool" to success will be people and your own ability to reach out and have them contribute. When producing and publishing content you set the quality standards for our internal communications and convey this to your fellow news editors across Europe, whom you lead in regular update meetings. Together you continuously develop how we share internal news and general information in the company.
Via the T-Space Governance team you develop the News channel's functionality and structure. Together with this team and acting as an internal consultant you also engage in strategic content initiatives, primarily with other corporate functions to improve their information to higher standards. The stakeholders with whom you engage stretches from end-users via information owners to local and central top management, and everything in between.
The right candidate will seek and naturally find synergies and personal development opportunities within the combined tasks of the role. We take for granted that you enjoy sharing your expertise and supporting also your closest colleagues. Together we build our team stronger.
YOUR PROFILE
You are passionate about content in digital channels and know that professionally written, structured or presented, purpose and effects can be deliberately sought and measured. You know that your work with internal communications do change things, so you enjoy not only the creative and strategic planning but also taking it all the way.
When producing you are highly efficient, and your best moments are when you nail a text or a headline or come up with a content concept that will be the talk of the day. In your mind, you have already re-written this job ad, because editing and improving content is another fun side of work. So are interview situations where your social skills help you to understand also complex matters.
Your written English is flawless, preferably also your Swedish or other language skills.
Different communication formats, channels and the technology behind them interest you as means of reaching your communication purposes or to streamline your work. Hence you identify improvement possibilities and don't mind driving projects to change tools and processes. Project management skills are part of your profile. You are naturally hard-working, energetic and enjoy seeing effects and results!
Besides producing and publishing, you also enjoy taking the lead and would like to move this side of your personal profile further. Your colleague's trust you, because you engage in their area of expertise, are quality-oriented, creative and a nice person to be around despite being the undisputed expert in your field.
You probably started your career as a journalist, copywriter or editor and is now looking for a new corporate communications arena to explore and contribute within. Because you know that your work can move and change things.
