For our client in lund we are now looking for a Specialist in Lean Manufactruring. Operations Development CHE is a central development organisation within Operations and consists of 20 technical specialists and project managers in our core technologies. Our way of working is deeply rooted in our companys Production System and OD Project Concept, based on the Lean-Six Sigma methodology.  Your Challenge To develop and implement production processes according to our company Production System. * To act as specialist in pre-studies and implementation of Lean Manufacturing.* To implement standardized work (SOP).* Trainer in Lean manufacturing.  Your profile Generic; * Master of science or equivalent experience.* 5-7 years of relevant experience from production/manufacturing company* Open mind, able to sell and question in a constructive way.* High integrity and strategic perspective.* Ability to work and travel worldwide.* Ability to drive implementation of Lean* Manufacturing through/together with line management. Specialist; * Leadership and management skills.* A result driven project manager with the ability to achieve set objectives/goals by motivating people.* Experience of 5S and SOP implementation.* Knowledge of quality control systems.* Factory logistics, PFEP (Plan för Every Part), Kanban, Heijunka, JIT & Milk-run.* Cross functional work with Market, Operatons and R&D. We offer The Lean Specialist role is a senior position and can be an opportunity for a person with a management position with proven experience to implement Lean manufacturing. It gives you the possibility to grow and develop at the same time as you lead Operations towards new levels.  As a member of Operations Development you are expected to have a close cooperation with all functions with Operations, R& D and others. Relevant experience in Lean SixSigma e.g. certification as Black Belt is required. Your education level is minimum Master degree in Engineering,  The position will be located in Lund.
