The group is responsible for identifying, communicating and verifying the physical requirements of the driver environment. The requirements are defined in terms of properties such as comfort, visibility, work load and general practicality. We practice human-centred design and work in a design oriented, iterative manor.

• Keeping up to date with and develop methods and tools for human factors studies through following current advancements in research and through networking within and outside of Scania and the VW Group
You combine your own know-how and experience with input from user studies, tests and simulations. The work may involve occasional traveling.
Your profile
We are looking for someone with a long experience from working with design in relation to the physical potential and limitations of the human body.
