We are looking for a Specialist, Customer Service (m/f).
for NE Supply Chain, Stockholm. The Purpose of the job is to provide high-quality customer service and order processing.
The main responsibilities are:
• to manage customer contracts
• to support forecast process
• allocation check
• inquiry handling
• to collect market, product and customer information
• to provide product info, sampling and trial handling
• to manage sales to certain customers, agreed together with Sales
• to monitor customer stock levels
• claim handling when applicable
• to enter production orders
• to confirm orders to customers
• call-off handling
• invoicing
• communication with service providers, ports and stocks
Behavioral competences:
• customer and service oriented mindset
• good interpersonal skills and ability to communicate both verbally and in writing
• ability to work both as part of a team and under one's initiative
• flexibility to adapt to different situations
• ability to take initiative
Professional qualifications:
• professional education
• minimum 1-3 years of working experience in customer service or similar tasks
• selling skills, proactivity
• fluent in Swedish and English, other languages are an asset
The position holder will report to Customer Service Manager. Location of the position is Stockholm, Sweden.
