We are looking for a Specialist and/or Junior Clinical Physiologist at our Physiology Clinic which is a part of the Diagnostic center.
The Diagnostic Center is in the same building as the County Kalmar hospital. We are approximately 260 employees at Diagnostic Center.
Echocardiography of heart and blood vessels, exercise test /ECG, interpretation of 24-hour ECG, myocardial scintigraphy, and Nuclear medicine are all tasks as a Clinical Physiologist.

What we are looking for
Registered Clinical Physiologist within the EU/EEA
Basic computer skills in Microsoft office
English and Swedish language skills
Terms of employment
Before moving to Sweden you need to reach B2 level in the Swedish language. Your license as a Clinical Physiologist needs to be recognized by the Swedish National Board of Health and Welfare.
https://legitimation.socialstyrelsen.se/en/licence-application/.Your employment will start with an introduction period. We provide further language studies in Swedish to reach the C1 level. If the trial period will be proved satisfactory and you demonstrate required skills recognized by the County Council of Kalmar, it will automatically turn into a permanent employment.
All contracts follow local and national collective agreements. Salary are set individually depending on your qualification and experience.

The Hospital has all kinds of specialities and it's a teaching hospital for both medicine and nurse students. With only the Ölands Bridge away you'll find the popular island Öland with many beaches and idyllic places to visit.

Kalmar airport connects you to 2 airports in Stockholm (city airport of Bromma and international airport Arlanda) to all kind of destinations in the world. If you prefer to take the train you can travel other cities in Sweden as well as Copenhagen airport and the city of Copenhagen. Located 1 hour from Kalmar you also find Småland airport which has direct flights to Amsterdam and Dusseldorf.
