The mission of the Spares Pricing Analyst is to:
Take full ownership of the Gross Price processes for spare parts in the Electrolux Aftermarket Product Line (Peace of Mind), ensuring harmonization and high-quality pricing across Europe
The Spares Pricing Analyst will report into the Spares Senior Category Manager who has the ultimate responsibility to support each cluster (market) across Europe commercially and operationally for the spare part categories.

It is imperative to build upon the current pricing strategy and drive change throughout the Aftermarket organization to significantly drive commercial growth. Key responsibilities include:
• Be responsible of annual price revisions, contribute to the price effect needed to secure the business goals
• Support the Spares Category team with pricing-related analysis (e.g. reports, monitoring price changes), provide regular and ad hoc pricing analysis and reporting for management
• Work with the Spares Category team to develop and configure Value Based and Market Driven prices for spare parts in Europe
• Support local users in the countries on daily pricing issues
• Perform review and communication of internal and external comparative price data, including performing margin and pricing analysis to support key business initiatives as required
• Be responsible for competitor pricing analysis of spare parts
• Provide direct leadership and responsibility in the development of the pricing methodology, increasing the price quality over time
• Maintain and develop the cross functional pricing process together with the Spares Documentation Team in Krakow
• Be the pricing tool Business Owner for Europe (currently Syncron Price)
• Develop and lead training for new users in the pricing system
• Provide Task Force Pricing per Cluster where needed on a running base.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• University degree
• Minimum 2 years of experience working in the area of pricing, business development, analytics or consulting
• Experience in data analytics working with large data sets
• Experience in creating business reports in Excel or Power BI
• Experience in Value Based Pricing and/or working in pricing systems would be an advantage however is not essential
• Fluent in English. Any other language(s) are considered as an asset
• Results-focused and extremely diligent
• Service minded
• A true team player
