Do you want to work in operative analytical role in our global Headquarter placed in Helsingborg? Are you looking to be in a role where you also get to work with the strategic perspective and horizon? We offer this opportunity in our Technical Service Business Development team and the person we are looking for will work primarily with spare parts stock optimization and pricing of spare parts.
In this position you will work in an international environment and have contacts with colleagues in Europe, China, Pakistan and Southeast Asia daily and you will also have close collaboration with internal departments in Helsingborg such as Procurement, Logistics and Customer Support and Mechanical Design Department.
Our current Spare Parts Warehouse and Pricing Coordinator will be on parental leave from February 1st, 2023, to approximately October 30th, 2024. This is therefore a temporary position, however with a very high probability to make it a permanent one since Ecolean is continuously growing. The position will be based in Helsingborg, Sweden.
Your role in our team:
• Develop and administrate our spare parts pricing
• Monitor, secure and optimize correct spare parts inventory levels for our central warehouse and our regional warehouses.
• Lead discussions together with colleagues in our market companies to drive working capital optimization initiatives.
• Be part of the engineering release processes in order ensure that newly introduced parts are setup correctly in our ERP-system.
Knowledge and skills
• Strong facilitation and interpersonal communication skills, and excellent written and verbal communication.
• Have an analytical mindset.
• As an individual, you are flexible, and you are used to work and take own initiatives in a changing environment. You are ambitious and efficient, yet with a good sense for details.
• Experience from working with logistics, purchasing, warehouse optimization and/or spare parts pricing is considered a merit.
• Fluent in English, both in speaking and in writing. Additional language skills will be considered as a merit.
• Your proficiency is preferably based on a university degree in Engineering or Economics preferably towards Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or another relevant area.
• Experience working in ERP-system such as IFS, M3, SAP or similar.
