Volvo Parts Logistics Eskilstuna, dept Parts & Region Support, is now looking for:
Spare Parts & Region Coordinator, temp. 1 year
Parts & Region Support is today a team of eight Spare Parts & Region Coordinators with main focus to support Region Europe, Sales companies and Regional warehouses in South-America, Korea, Singapore and USA.
The job includes different types of problem solving, e.g. questions regarding backorders and emergency back order handling.
We need to increase the team with two coordinators who can focus primarily on issues related to emergency back orders, e.g. back order solutions, supplier development, follow-up and analysis.
Job description:
• Back order handling. High level problem solving in a high tempo
• Development and follow-up of cost-efficiency related to back orders
• Overall knowledge and follow up of emergency back orders
• Take part in development of back order handling
• Involvement in supplier development regarding issues related to back orders
• Internal customers order handling, follow up (e.g. order pattern, delivery status) and analysis
• Operational Development, OD; on-going development of the business by actively participate in development teams and projects
Qualifications:
• High degree of customer focus and service mindset
• Problem solving capability
• Technical knowledge and interest
• Positive and creative attitude
• Key-word for the position is: persistence, analytical skills, communicative & co-operative, logistic knowledge
• Good knowledge in Swedish and English. French and/or German are merits
• Knowledge of Volvo CE products
• University degree in logistics or experience in after market logistics preferred
