Spare Parts Logistics Engineer
As Spare Parts Logistics Engineer you will be working with the implementation and operations of a world class supply chain for the distribution and management of spare parts, accessories and merchandize for our cars and customers in a global distribution network.
You will work in a small (but mighty) logistics team but also in close collaboration with other departments, and with interface to the Lynk & Co China organization.
This position reports to the Head of Logistic Operations, Lynk & Co.
The position is based in Gothenburg with a European responsibility; therefore, some travel will be required. Occasional travel to China is also likely to take place in this role.
What you'll do
• Implementation of Spare Parts & Accessories Logistics supply chain
• Coordinate Packaging set-up from suppliers
• Coordinate Dangerous Goods documentation
• Support with Parts Master Data including Customs information
• Provide Logistics input in Change Management projects
• Interface with Lynk & Co China organization
• Work with integration to suppliers' systems and processes
• Document processes for Spare Parts & Accessories Logistics operations
• Continuously improve and implement cost efficient logistics solutions
What you should have
• University degree with focus on Logistics or similar work experience
• Proven of experience within logistics and/or supply chain management, preferably in the automotive industry
• Proven ability in project management with ability to handle several projects concurrently
• Driven problem solver who takes initiatives and responds to changing priorities
• Excellent communication skills.
• Full Professional Proficiency in English - both oral and written
• Knowledge of Chinese (Mandarin) - both oral and written, is a big plus
• Ability to travel
