About us
Car Service Business is an organization within Volvo Cars with the purpose to enable an effortless car usage and service experience.
Service Technology operates in Car Service Business, is responsible for making life less complicated for consumers by supplying service providers with safe, sustainable, and efficient car service technology solutions in the areas of spare parts, maintenance & repair instructions as well as tools & equipment.
We work with a responsibility that goes all the way from creation of technical service solutions to information creation and implementation in the markets. Our ambition is to be the preferred supplier of spare parts and services to our retailers and customers and thereby actively contribute to creating the best car usage experience.
What you will do
In this role, you will define and present the range of spare parts by an optimal component breakdown. And this with respect to technology, functionality, quality, cost of ownership and sustainability.
The role also includes editorial production in our global VIDA system and development of our future information products.
You and your skills
We believe you have a University Degree, and 3-4 years of equivalent experience.
To be successful in this role, you need to have technical interest and knowledge.
You need to be fluent in Swedish and English (both written and spoken). Experience from user experience perspective can be an asset in this role.
Experience in product development, VIDA and Catia Composer or similar programs could benefit you in this role but is not a necessity.
