* You will work as Spare Parts Manager for the EMEA region and you will be based in Helsingborg.
* You will manage a team of 8 dedicated Parts and Pricing Specialists in Sweden and UK and coordinate another 8 employees at different locations in Europe managing the Parts Orders.
* People development and process improvements are key for the role.
* The main responsibilities for the team and position are Spare Parts pricing, Parts identifications (support both Europe and sister divisions in Asia, Australia, South and North America), Supply chain for parts (sourcing, purchasing, shipping), Parts order execution from quote to delivery, Activities to increase sales, meet KPI's for sales, margin, parts availability, delivery accuracy etc.
* You will also manage the department budget

Leadership is important for you. You always search for opportunities to improve and have the ability to make it happen through yourself, your team and other colleagues.
You have:
* A Degree, preferably within a technical or marketing field
* Documented leadership experience with managing a team
* Experience from a similar role or tasks
* B2B spare parts sales experience
