Your future challenge
As a Spare Part Project Coordinator you will drive projects related to the spare parts business for the Husqvarna Forest and Garden Division.
The role has the responsibility to coordinate and manage projects related to spare parts which can include transfer projects, elimination projects, where assortment and packaging are key deliverables.
You will support in projects related to packaging development for spare parts, compliance with recycling regulations and supply chain improvements in warehouses and transports. All related to improving the customer experience and reducing costs for the company.
The role as Spare Part Project Coordinator
Your key responsibilities include supporting factories in transferring product models, securing new locations for spare parts, finding solutions for discontinued product models, and managing projects related to packaging, labels, quality issues, and recycling symbols.
You will support the supply chain team with relevant spare part information and updating processes related to spare parts. These are essential deliverables that allow the spare parts team to work more effectively, including securing correct communication in small and large projects that affect the spare parts teams.
You will also:
Find solutions for spare parts that will have their product models discontinued in our factories and ensure that they will be available for the aftermarket during the lifecycle availability requirements.
Collaborate with different internal functions to coordinate a successful project.
Manage projects related to packaging, labels, quality issues, recycling symbols, master-pack and pallet quantities for our spare parts by working with planners, suppliers, parts specialists and warehouses.
Support the supply chain team with relevant spare part information.
Support with defining and updating processes related to spare parts.

Location: This position is primarily located in Huskvarna, but 2 days per week you will work from our warehouse in Stigamo.

You are a self-starter and you work effectively with cross-functional teams and have the ability to facilitate productive outcomes, engage team members and build collaborative channels with stakeholders.
We also see that you have:
The understanding of compliance and packaging routines.
Structured and process driven mindset, ability to report and communicate progress.
A good understanding of tool sets and processes for spare parts.
Knowledge within product lifecycle and sustainability.

Spare parts operational handling insights is an advantage.
