MultiMind Bemanning is looking for a Spanish speaking person for a tech-support team in one of Sweden's most rapidly growing IT-company. The company was founded in 2006 in Stockholm and nowadays has its headquarters located in London and research and development department located in Stockholm. They are currently extending their technical support team and are looking forward to welcoming a new member of their young team.
MultiMind is searching for a Spanish speaking tech-savvy person with excellent communicating and writing skills. Beside Spanish you can speak and write in English. If you can speak any other language, it is a merit.
As a tech-support specialist you will mainly handle e-mail enquires from customers in French-speaking countries, most of which might be resolved with the help of ready prepared templates. However, you will also be responsible for solving different technical problems and finding optimal ways to minimize them. You will be working in an experienced team with other tech-support specialists from all around the world. Team works in a Mac environment, so if you have previous experience of working with Mac OS X, it is an advantage.
As a person you are driven, technical proficient, analytical and has exceptional communicative skills. You have a genuine interest in Internet-based services, computers and IT. It is an advantage if you have similar work experience.
