Work Description
• Customer responsibility in a certain number of countries across EMEA.
• Configure products in our ERP system based on customer specification.
• Register sales orders and confirm delivery dates to our customers.
• Work proactive towards our customers with information of status on their orders.
• Train and work with our customers to make the order process work as good as possible.
• Close contact with other departments within the company
• Follow and learn about the companys terms and conditions regarding sales of our products.
• Participate and coordinate shipments with our shipping department.
• Weekly phone meetings with our biggest customers to discuss orders and improvements.
• Support our sales organization, with follow up on forecasting and budget numbers.
• Handle customer complaints.
• Recognize new business opportunities.

Qualifications
• Experience from sales or inside sales, working with customers in a global environment.
• Experience from working in an ERP system, preferably Oracle.
• Also experience from driving different projects is a plus.
• Good working knowledge and ability to use office automation software including, but not limited to, Excel, Word, Power Point, and Project.
• Language skills - English and Spanish are mandatory, other language skills is a big plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Some technical understanding.
• Problem solver.
• Able to work under stress with a good ability to priorities and quick actions.
• Be result oriented and understand how different scenarios impact the business
• Academic education.

As a person it is important that you are selfgoing, accurate, hard working. It is also important that you are organized as a person and can take a quick decision and always put our customers in the front line. You must be serviceminded as a person and have a positive attitude.
