Duties
Atea have a common purpose and goal - to make complex infrastructure solutions simple for our customers. We are looking for a Spanish and English speaking service desk technician who will work in one of our customer’s service desk. The perfect candidate for this position is fluent in both Spanish and English.

You get the opportunity to be a part of a great service desk team in front end of service and technology. You provide technical support to enterprise users with high demands on your communication and teaching skills to assist users in a good and professional way. You will be working a lot with remote control, which means that a majority of the cases can be solved directly by the first customer contact with the service desk. In this role you will be a member of an EMEA support team with an ever changing work situation that demands high flexibility and stress tolerance. You strive for a very high level of service and you have great communication skills as well as great patience with customers.
Requirements
•  Great knowledge in computers and computer peripherals.
•  Installation, configuration and troubleshooting of Windows OS, MS Office, desktop and laptop computers.
•  Spanish fluency, both in speech and writing.
•  English fluency, both in speech and writing. 
Desirable
•  Good knowledge and experience in support of computers and peripherals. (eg, Microsoft's operating system, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Office, networking and communications, printers and peripherals.)
•  Knowledge of networking (TCP / IP, DNS, DHCP) and Active Directory (AD).
•  Prior experience in customer service or working with ticket/case handling systems.
•  Additional language skills can be meritorious. (Ex. Swedish)
