Publiceringsdatum2013-02-26Om företagetOur client, a market leader within IT infrastructure, currently has a vacancy for a Spanish and English speaking Technical Consultant. As a Consultant you will work in one of their client's service desk in Malmö
Dina arbetsuppgifterYou will provide technical support to business users with high demands on your communication and pedagogical skills to assist users in a good and professional way. The type of cases are of a wide spectrum but spans the areas of support of enterprise applications, IT systems, computers and peripherals. You will be working with technical support concerning Spanish and English speaking users using telephone, e-mail and remote control software.
Kvalifikationer• You are fluent in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• You need to have thorough knowledge in desktop and laptop computers, Windows OS and MS Office.
• It is a distinct advantage if you have basic knowledge in Active Directory, software and network.
• Additional languages, such as Swedish, will be an advantage.
The work requires that you are flexible, supportive and have stress tolerance. You strive for a very high level of service and you have great communication skills.
