The Job
Do you want to make our customers love us even more?
We need to strengthen our skilled support team with more positive and service minded people.
You will work with mail support and have contact with our customers, mainly in the United States. You are part of a group of about 10 people and you will get an introduction to learn the job. Both your colleagues and customers come from different parts of the world, so your language skills are crucial.
Your profile
We think you have previous experience of customer support. You have excellent skills in both English and Spanish (spoken and written). Additional languages (French) are highly appreciated.
You are "tech savvy", comfortable working with Windows Office and you have good communications skills. If you also are service minded, can combine speed with quality in your work and like problem solving you are the one for us!
We offer hourly employment,part time, including evenings and weekends.
