As Customer Manager for Spanish, you will be responsible for all the text on our Spanish site and mobile products, which involves continuously translating content, newsletters and other texts from English to Spanish. You will also manage the Spanish speaking community for our different products, create fun competitions and local campaigns to increase activity and sales on Stardoll.com.
You will answer questions from our members in Spanish and English and handle reports in these two languages. All interaction with our members will be handled through email or via Stardoll.com. You will be a part of a multicultural customer service group with English as a main language.
Qualifications
Native Spanish speaker with excellent writing skills
Excellent skills in English, other languages are a plus
Previous experience translating from English to Spanish
Work experience from customer service and/or sales
Experience and knowledge of social media is a major plus
Excellent understanding of the target audience and their online culture
Ability to understand and relate to Spanish speakers from different countries
We are looking for someone who is a good writer and has the ability to engage people through language. As a person, you are service minded, meticulous, you can handle stress well and you are sales-oriented.
This position is in our Stockholm office. You must live in the Stockholm area or nearby.
