We are looking for a Regional Space Manager who will be responsible for creating and executing the commercial planograms to drive category profit growth. Reporting to the Category Management Director Nordic you'll be placed at our office at Arlanda Airport, Stockholm, working across the whole Nordics.

Main responsibilities:
* Support the delivery of the Commercial Plan for the Nordics
* Create planograms/ range lists to support GP actions and ensure visibility of high margin lines
* Allocate correct space to subcategories
* Establish merchandising layout and facing strategy appropriate for categories
* Drive consistency, compliance and therefore solid base of data from which to analyse
* Identify trade marketing opportunities within existing and new space
* Optimize space by testing e.g. location in unit, macro-space, space density, planogram strategy, day-part optimization
Profile:
To succeed in this role you need to have at least 2 years' work experience in space management. You must to be able to drive decision-making through analysis based on evidence. Experience of delivering profit targets is preferred and experience in a retail sales environment also desirable.
As a person you are analytical, commercial and data-driven with exceptional attention to details. You are self-motivated with the ability to quickly learn and adapt in a complex changing environment. Fluent Swedish and English in spoken and written. Experiences in space management software and advanced Microsoft Excel expertise skills required.
