Daily operations include scheduling staff, overseeing store operations, responsible for and being the receptionist
Staff responsibility includes hiring and scheduling of staff and together with CEO setting salaries
Sales responsibility includes managing customers and bookings and also managing and reaching goals for the overall sales
We're looking for you that has at least some management experience of a SPA or similar business. We require good English skills and at least Swedish or Chinese, as we have a lot of Chinese staff.
As a person you should open-minded and open and most importantly service-minded. You should not be afraid of conflicts as well as dealing with both staff and customer sometimes can create awkward situations.
