The restaurant Pärlan på Möja - The pearl of the island Möja - offers a traditional food and drink experience with a twist. The basis for our cuisine is the long Swedish cooking heritage with fresh ingredients from local producers.

To accompany the food we offer a varied wine list and an elaborate list of beers and spirits.

To top it off we present some of the best jazz and blues music after dinner.

The restaurant is situated in heart of the Stockholm archipelago and is nothing short of a summer paradise.

During the summer season we are open from breakfast with cooked meals such as crêpes and omelets, through á la carte lunch and dinner, closing in the wee hours with drinks and music

Job description

Cooking, mice en place, menu planning, recipe creation, some kitchen management

Qualifications and essential requirements:

Several years cooking experience preferably from the international cuisine.
HACCP proficiency.
A curious mind and willingness to learn and experiment with flavors and ingredients.

Desirable requirements:
Head or sous chef experience is a plus.

Place of work: Möja

Free housing during summer. Spouse is welcome.

Full time seasonal position June-August. The right candidate will be offered part time, 25-30 hours/week off-season. Typically Tuesday-Saturday 15.00-23.00 Tillträde

25-30,000 SEK/month gross plus 12% holiday pay, overtime and inconvenient working hours supplement
