Key Responsibilities
* Lead and manage all culinary operations and kitchen staff
* Ensure high food quality and presentation standards
* Maintain HACCP compliance and food safety regulations
* Control food cost, portion control, and inventory management
* Manage kitchen budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
* Supervise kitchen teams and optimize staff productivity
* Maintain consistency across all outlets in the restaurant chain
* Work closely with management on concept development and menu engineering
