About the assignment
SCA is a leading global hygiene- and forest products company and operates within three different business areas; Personal care, Tissues and Forest products. The five largest markets of SCA are Germany, UK, USA, France and Sweden. Gothenburg possess the largest center of the global hygiene business with about 900 emplyees in areas such as R&D, Marketing, Sales, Finance, IT and Purchasing.
You will be working within Business Development in the global purchasing organization.
As a sourcing support, you will be responsible for supporting the organization during the implementation of a new purchasing system.
Your main tasks include:
Purchasing system support
• Checking requisitions
• Correcting requisitions
• Enduser support
• Enduser trainings
• Run statistics and follow ups
Purchasing system development
• Supplier enablement
• Catalog enablement
• Contract uploads into system
Except contact with end users/buyers you will also be responsible for the communication with system technicians and Management consultants.
About you
You have a Technical or Economical university degree or equivalent with an understanding of purchasing processes. In addition you have previous (approximately 1-2 years) experience of purchasing tasks and/or similar responsibilities as described above. As a person you are fast learner and you learn new systems easily. It is positive if you have interest and or knowledge in advanced purchasing systems such as Ariba or SAP. You have good knowledge in MS tools and Excel.
You have good communications skills and since you will be working in an international context you are fluent in English, both orally and in writing. You have a positive mindset and the ability to work independently and drive your own work forward as well as collaborate in team. Are you committed and eager to develop your skills within purchasing – then this is a position for you!

This assignment will start immediately and is initially expected to run six month ahead, with good opportunities to extension. As a consultant, you are employed by Adecco Sweden. All contact regarding this assignment is referred to Adecco.
