Job Description
We are now looking for a Junior Sourcing Specialist to our client! In this role, you will manage European supplier base, interact effectively with internal stakeholders within Supply Chain, Development & Engineering and Product Management, participate and support the Traded team in the day to day work. You will be overall responsible for the assigned suppliers, support the team by working on cost saving activities, quotations, quality, sustainability and supplier performance. You are going to participate in supplier base transformation, define strategic sourcing opportunities and work with Product Owners, engineering, factories and logistics.

To succeed in the role as a Junior Sourcing Specialist, you need high self-motivation to drive change and continuous improvement to meet strategic goals, excellent interpersonal skills; good and reliable communicator both orally and in writing. We believe that you are structured, analytical and business-like with technical competence/interest. You are a team player with strong integrity and a proactive mindset. You have the ability to understand and see the connection between numbers and facts.
Salary
Salary, by agreement.
Admission and Application
You will be employed as a consultant with us at JobBusters for the first 6 months - this is a 6-month Try & Hire assignment (full-time employment afterwards). It's a full-time position, 40h/week and the position is expected to start 2022-06-20.
