We are looking for a Sourcing Specialist to our Procurement Qualification department at our Kista R&D office.
This person will be responsible for:
Undertake the responsible for Requests for Quotation (RFQs), Requests for Proposal (RFPs), and Requests for Information (RFI) to relative supplier, define corresponding supplier selection methods and criteria;
Develop, maintain and execute procurement strategies for the relative material category of Sweden R&D, gain competitive advantages in the category and ensure high-quality delivery;
Negotiate the framework agreements or contracts with service/resources providers and material suppliers;
Establish, maintain, monitor and develop business relationships with suppliers, service delivery and resource providers
Follow the procurement process control rules, proactively identify process issues in procurement qualification and optimize process to adaptation to local
Qualifications and experience
To be successful in this role the candidate should have more than 5 years of experience working within the Procurement or ICT related area;
A Bachelor?s Degree in IT/Telecom/Computer Engineering or alternatively Master?s degree in a business field is a plus;
Preferably have procurement experience from the Telecom industry;
Good knowledge of procurement strategies related to telecommunications infrastructure implementation
Skills requirements
Well organized and structured;
The ability to effectively communicate ideas, arguments, solutions and work through conflict resolution at all levels of organizations both internally and externally;
The candidate should have a high focus on delivering high quality work;
Prior experience from international and multicultural work is preferred. As we are a global company the candidate must be able to communicate fluently in English, both verbally and in writing;
The ability to identify problems and develop and implement solutions to the issues;
Good commercial understanding and excellent negotiation skills
Willing to take challenges, hardworking, self-motivated and dependable.
