Navigator / Sourcing Project Manager
A Navigator typically leads and manages different type of projects within procurement, such as business development, investment projects and category projects. A common denominator in all projects is a high focus on implementation and making change happen in our daily operations. You are part of a team of Navigators within the group procurement function and report to the CPO. The position is based in Stockholm but the area of responsibility includes all Boliden?s mines and smelters, therefore some travelling will be necessary. Boliden Procurement is currently introducing e-Sourcing, thereby transforming our way of working. An initial assignment for you will be driving internal and external adoption of the Ariba solution by providing solid competence in creating RFx / e-Auctions as well as sourcing process knowledge and change management skills.
You are a university graduate with some years work experience, preferably procurement related. Experience of projects similar to the job description is an advantage. You are used to work in a structured and process-orientated way and work hard to reach results. You find it easy to make new contacts and have good cooperation skills in general.
You are comfortable speaking and writing Swedish and English. Finnish language skills is a merit. You are skilled with MS Office. Hands-on experience of e-sourcing tools, preferably Ariba, is a must.
