Are you goal oriented with strong interpersonal capabilities combined with experience from sourcing Indirect Material?

We are looking for a Sourcing Project Leader to strengthen our Global IMS team. The Global IMS team drives sourcing and supplier base strategies for Marketing and Communications, HR and Professional Services, Maintenance/Repair/Operations (MRO) and Facility Management. This is done in close cooperation with our business stakeholders as well as our Cluster SuM organisations.

In your role you will be responsible for driving sourcing projects across IMS categories. Some of the most important parts of the job are the internal alignment around supplier development strategy; process improvements within the team and the negotiations with suppliers. This is an opportunity to work with our different categories in the team.

The position is based in Lund, Sweden, and includes around 10% travelling.

Main responsibilities

• Supporting Global Category Leaders in leading global Sourcing Projects
• Cost reduction and consolidation of supplier base
• Contracting and negotiation
• Supplier Base Management
• Cost/spend analysis

Qualifications

We are looking for a driven, self going candidate with great negotiation and networking skills. Your strong communication skills combined with your interpersonal capabilities enable you to easily interact cross borders. You also have solid business awareness as well as the passion to do business.

You have a strong drive to reach the objectives within your areas of responsibility. Furthermore you are motivated by building and implementing new ways of working and are open to change.

We believe you have a university degree combined with at least 5 years of experience from Supply Management and/or sourcing and contracting. Experience from e-sourcing is seen as a merit. We also value knowledge in project management within sourcing. You are fluent in English, both written and spoken.
