Responsibilities:
Governance, full understanding, and documentation of certain sourcing processes and systems
Drive and implement supply chain process improvements
Cross functional alignment of sourcing processes
Main driver to raise effectiveness of back end supply chain

Key tasks:
Collect and align information from various functions
Arrange workshops and other short and long term development activities
Create, document and maintain back end supply chain processes
Create, document and maintain back end supply chain routines and guiding documents
Keep information systems (e.g. SIP, How-We-Work) up to date and use for sharing process updates
Education of newly onboarded souring colleagues of various roles

Education Requirements
Required
* Bachelor degree or work experience in relevant area
Desired
* Master Degree or higher in relevant area
Work Experience
2+ years of relevant experience
Specific/Critical knowledge and experiences
Track record of creating and managing cross functional collaborative relationships.
Have deep business and process understanding and acts consistently with a consultative approach.
Excellent track record of communicating effectively with stakeholders.
Ability to define and set needs into an agreed direction between stakeholders from different functions and on different tiers.

Planning and Organizing
Excellent experience from planning and following up key milestones.
Solid experience from implementing change.
Excellent experience from making project priorities and independently establishes importance and order of tasks.
Track record of using time effectively and efficiently.
Experience from working on several tasks simultaneously which have high to very high levels of complexity.
Proven track record of successful target achievements, considering professional and independent management of all aspects such as scope, time, quality, cost.
Excellent experience from engaging with internal customers, suppliers and other stakeholders.
