Description
Development & Controlling is leading the development of sourcing processes and tools with the purpose to:
• Reach best practice approach where proactivity, cost efficiency and quality are key factors.
• Gain control and visibility of processes in line with business strategy and targets.
• Achieve sourcing targets using Change & Performance management.

Stora Enso Sourcing Development & Controlling is looking for a clear, visible and business driven person as Development manager of Sourcing Processes. The target is to build one Sourcing way with full transparency of the process steps and decrease complexity and total process time, at the same time as we increase the overall process quality and add value for the organisation. The position holder will be responsible to develop and optimize Sourcing processes and user-friendly tools, securing business needs. You will proactively work towards best practice covering the global Sourcing organisation.
You will report directly to VP Sourcing Development & Controlling.

Main responsibilities:
• As Sourcing Performance Manager you will develop, implement and continuously work with the monitoring; analysis and communication according Sourcing Strategy Performance.
• Develop and implement a monitoring model to follow up on Sourcing processes and actual practises enabling continuous improvements.
• To seek innovative solutions how to measure and how to visualize Sourcing Performance.
• Develop and implement a model to enabling forecasting and follow up on price development in relevant categories.
• Sourcing analyses focusing on global trends providing critical data into the processes of Category strategies development.
• Plan, lead and take change management actions within established teams and as necessary settle new networks to succeed in implementation and to fulfil the targets.
• Proactive communication with stakeholders.
• Benchmarking of process performance, internal and external
• To document the processes, methods and tools within the area of responsibility.

Qualifications
• We expect you to have financial or engineering degree from university or equivalent education.
• You have experience as Controller/Analyst, preferable with focus on Sourcing. To succeed in the role you must have experience and understanding of procurement analysis and strategic purchasing.
• Proven change management skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English and Swedish (Skills in Finnish or German is a plus).
• Excellent process and applications skills: e.g. SAP MM or similar, MS Office (Excel and Powerpoint), Business intelligence tools.

• You have probably been working within the controlling area for a few years and have a good understanding of financial needs and terms. You have experience a great interest in purchasing.
• You have a vision of the big picture and you understand that enhancing process effectiveness may not be a one-time effort, and that meaningful change typically requires continuous improvement. This complete approach to process innovation also may require you to understand that changing one step in the process can impact other process activities.
• Redesigning business processes typically involves more than just rearranging the steps on a flow chart. Your understanding of change management gives you the ability to change the hearts and minds of employees affected by the change.
• You have a natural determination and constantly pursuit continued process innovation. You combine this with your ability to communicate on all levels, from top management to end users in one of our units worldwide.
• Readiness to travel as needed.
