About the role:
In this role you will work in tight collaboration with Talent Acquisition partners to secure successful, efficient and qualitative hiring assignments. As a sourcing specialist you will work proactively and creatively to source and identify candidates for all level jobs, including experienced technical and IT professionals primarily for Sweden and Lithuania, although assignments may include other regions such as Ukraine, Estonia, Norway, France, Germany and The Netherlands.
Main Responsibilities:
Managing multiple searches and supporting several recruiters & businesses
Sourcing passive candidates through extensive name generation research, complex internet searches, and existing talent pool database searching
Ensuring the maintenance of accurate and concise records and reports concerning all phases of the recruitment process in our recruitment tool Workday
Providing ongoing feedback to recruiting team on the market place to keep managers informed about realistic expectations
Partnering and assisting the talent sourcing group to ensure best practices and talent pooling
Collaboration with test vendors
Initiation of background checks via providers
Ensur ing a smooth and positive onboarding experience for our hires
Your profile:
3 years' experience in sourcing and recruiting, preferably within IT / the tech industry
Proven t rack record of proactive sourcing, candidate generation and talent pool management
Experience from working with multiple parallel assignments, and revaluating prioritizations on a continuous basis
LinkedIn proficiency is a must , Workday experience is merit
Fluent level English, Swedish is beneficial
