As a leader I believe in the team and that what we do together is stronger than what we can achieve individually. I believe in a coaching leadership that gives freedom to the employee to take own decisions, not controlling every detail. I am 34 years old and have worked at Scania Purchasing for the last eight years in different positions both as Purchaser and Manager. Before Powertrain I worked three years as a manager in Cab and Electronics purchasing. I'm dedicated to new technology, sustainable sourcing and CSR.
