hela Sverige Commercial System is a department within Global Purchasing created to accelerate the integration of the purchasing activities in the Sales & Service companies with Global Purchasing. Together with the Sales & Service organisation we are developing new ways of working and can offer a very challenging and entrepreneurial environment. In this work we now have the opportunity to leverage volumes and spend cross countries and business units in discussions with suppliers.
With tough goals of savings to be achieved by bundling volumes, standardization and common purchasing activities, and at the same time improve service to our customers, we have a challenging task.
Your duties
We are purchasing a wide range of products and services in close co-operation with different functions within Global Purchasing, Sales and Service Management and the Sales and Service Network and the Distributors. You will, together with our internal customers, be responsible for the development and implementation of purchasing projects for our Sales and Service network. The work includes responsibility for negotiations, supplier selection as well as supplier quality, service and cost development.
Your profile
For this position we believe you have a few years of work experience in a commercial environment, or are interested to start a career within purchasing. Since you will lead a change process and implementation of new methods and principles, your leadership skills and your ability to create confidence and trust among our internal customers are vital. You are fluent in English and additional languages will be an advantage. The work will require some travelling.
