hela Sverige We are looking for a Sourcing Manager for Professional Services. Professional Services is a division of the Services Business Area that provides world-class Field Services, Repair Center activities, and Expert Services globally. The purpose of this position is to increase profitability and support business growth by cultivating a cost-competitive, high-quality supplier base and driving improvements in availability and contractual terms. You will be responsible for all Professional Services sourcing activities in Sweden and are fluent in Swedish.
In this role, you will develop a sourcing strategy based on business priorities and requirements, translate this high-level plan into actions, and drive the execution. You will be responsible for developing the supply base, negotiating with suppliers, managing supplier performance, and delivering results and improvements as planned. You will work closely with Market Area Sweden as well as other regional and global sourcing teams.
The preferred location is Sala, Sweden, but other locations can also be considered.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Strategic Sourcing
* Defining sourcing strategy in close collaboration with the business, translating this into a roadmap and concrete action plans
* Defining and implementing operational model for Professional Services sourcing in Sweden
* Building a competitive and responsive supplier base
* Owning and monitoring supply base performance (compliancy, cost, availability, and quality), and obtaining a solid contractual coverage
* Providing support for sales cases and ensuring early involvement in supply planning
* Gathering market intelligence for Sweden to source Professional Services
* Monitoring agreed sourcing KPIs
Business Partnering
* Ensuring that sourcing actions support the business requirements and ambitions
* Ensuring alignment of our sourcing priorities and driving actions with the Market Area
* Representing sourcing in relevant BA/BL/regional forums and collaborating closely with internal and external stakeholders
Supplier Relationship Management
* Owning supplier relationships and performing SRM for the key strategic suppliers
* Running supplier negotiations with these suppliers, and managing their performance
* Managing supplier assessments, consolidation, and approvals
* You will have the ownership of the spend in Professional Services Sweden.
To be successful in this challenging role, you should have:
* A demonstrated track-record of delivering results either in a business or sourcing/procurement role. Experience in managing indirect spend and a large pool of suppliers is considered as an advantage
* Experience in contractual work and negotiations
* Ability to influence and motivate change (incl. change management skills)
* Strong drive for results and proactive attitude; run tasks from idea generation to completion independently and in a structured way
* Ability to think strategic, and act hands-on
* Relevant education supporting the role
* Fluent in Swedish and a desire to seize great opportunities
