We are currently looking for a Sourcing Manager to Tieto's office in Stockholm, Sweden.
Publiceringsdatum2012-10-26Dina arbetsuppgifterAs a Sourcing Manager your main focus will be to develop and execute category strategy and roadmaps on global level in agreed category in alignment with key stakeholders within Tieto. Conduct sourcing project planning for sourcing projects with a TCO approach. Lead, conduct and coordinate local, regional and global category initiatives (tenders) following the agreed Sourcing process. Support global and regional initiatives throughout the agreed sourcing process and lead category teams.
• Monitor organisational and market evolution and adapt sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Provide ongoing support to internal stakeholders.
• Manage key supplier relationships, monitor supplier performance and drive compliance.
• Develop and maintain category specific policies and action plans with key stakeholders.
• Plan and execute category communication strategies to internal stakeholders and vendors.
• Report savings from own initiatives according to agreed methodology and policy.
Utbildning/erfarenhet
In order to be a successful candidate for this role we believe that you have a University degree in Business Administration, Finance or Engineering. You have 2-5 years of experience within Indirect Sourcing, preferably as Category Manager or Sourcing generalist. Knowledge/experience from relevant categories, especially facility management services is an asset. You are Fluent in English as well as Swedish. Its important you have deep understanding of Microsoft Office tools

Negotiation skills and strong business acumen is needed to be successful in this position.
