Here, you'll have the chance to work with:
Lead and mentor the Swedish sourcing and SQA team, fostering an environment of excellence.
Lead project sourcing initiatives tailored to the unique needs of our Swedish operations.
Lead, motivate, and develop your team, ensuring alignment with Husqvarna's bold, dedicated and caring culture.
Champion our commitment to sourcing compliance and sustainability, setting industry benchmarks.
Manage operational sourcing efforts with precision across all Swedish locations.
Ensure optimal cost, quality, delivery, and sustainability metrics are consistently met by our suppliers.
Work together with the global Sourcing Management team and R&D to identify new suppliers and ideas for cost cutting on existing machines.
Drive Direct Material Cost reduction program, including setting targets, follow-up performance and setting up governance/reports.
Work together with the rest of Sourcing Management Team to setup a resilience supply chain.
Play a central role in the Sourcing Management Team and be a crucial voice in shaping the future sourcing direction for Husqvarna Construction Division (HCD).
Promote Husqvarna's winning culture. Foster growth, drive inspiration, and create an environment of teamwork and positive attitude.
Contribute to global strategies, ensure alignment, and lead local initiatives to drive growth and resilience.
About You:
We're looking for a dynamic leader, a person who succeed in settings with transformation and innovation. You're a leader that not only guides with a clear vision, but also drives success with passion, uplifting targets all to deliver on the division targets. A leader that have that rare talent for empowering and developing teams - to reach their absolute top.
When it comes to deliverables, the benchmarks are set high. We're in search of a persistent person who consistently deliver within budget and yet are always on the lookout for avenues of improvement and innovation. You have good organizational and record keeping skills, with reliability and precision and thrives on building strong relations with peers, customers, and suppliers - and you believe that communication is key for building those relationships.
Your skills:
Master of Science in engineering or business management
Minimum 3 years' experience from global procurement leadership roles
Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
Experience of R&D, Supplier Quality and Manufacturing is a plus
Experience in leading change isn't mandatory, but having been an essential part of such transformative journeys is essential.
