About the position
The sourcing organization at Husqvarna is divided into several functions and categories, in order to secure quality, delivery, cost efficiency and sustainability throughout the supply chain.
We are in the business unit Global Pro Sourcing team dedicated to deliver on our full range of business targets and to provide a profound base for our teams driving these objectives together with over 400 suppliers, we need to establish a Sustainability and Support team.
You will be given the opportunity to form a team with the objective to ensure our direct material supply chain is sustainable, compliant and that we constantly have updated business intelligence to base our decisions on.
In this position you report directly to the head of Sourcing - Business Unit Global Pro. You will lead and develop a team, and together with peers drive results within the supply base, measured by improvements on KPI's for Sustainability, Compliance and Business Intelligence.
Your main tasks
Leading and developing a team and individuals
Develop, communicate and deliver on a sustainability and compliance strategy
Incorporate sustainability and compliance improvements in long term sourcing strategies
Monitor and measure sustainability and compliance improvements
Analyze and map aftermarket (spare parts) needs and capabilities as a base for a future improvement strategy
Ensure adequate business intelligence is updated and communicated to all relevant stakeholders in and outside Business Unit
Develop ways of working, routines and processes to secure progress within your responsibilities
Plan work and budget operational expenses for the team
What we can offer
Husqvarna is flexible and you have the opportunity to work from home but it is also of importance that you could work in the office as well when needed.
Travel within service occur, approximately 10-20 days/year

Who are you?
Minimum: Bachelor of Science
Advantage: MBA or Master of Science in Engineering
People leadership experience
Vast sourcing experience, within an international and strategic environment
Experience and drive for Sustainability improvement
Fluent in English orally and in writing
You have excellent leadership skills with good knowledge of industrial sustainability improvements to analyze business benefits, recommend solutions, implement strategies, support the team and drive change. You are a good planner and are time efficient in decision making. Further you have a good understanding of internal and external customer service. You are a good communicator with strategic, diplomatic, social competence and negotiation skills.
Your personality in combination with relevant education, work experience and passion for working as a leader will be important in order to succeed in this role.
