Stora Enso Sourcing and Logistics are looking for a Sourcing Manager Strategic Business Units.Sourcing & Logistics is looking for a clear, visible and courageous person to lead and manage the Sourcing & Logistics interface and activities within appointed Strategic business units. You will report directly to SVP Sourcing Packaging Solutions Division.Main responsibilitiesThe primary responsibility of this position is to represent Sourcing & Logistics in the BU Leadership teams and identify Sourcing & Logistics activities in short, mid and long range to establish needed activity plans. You will also be responsible for securing timely execution of key sourcing tasks in the programs. Your other tasks include:· Securing relevant manning of program sourcing and logistics tasks from the respective category organizations in combination with own execution of tasks.· Driving completion of activities in line with agreed plans.· Creating efficiency by leveraging the competencies across the global organization.· Establishing and driving relevant sourcing and logistics KPI's for the programs.· Providing feedback for future development of e.g. Category organizations to meet demands from new solutions and business models emerging in the strategic programs.Qualifications· University degree in a relevant field and minimum 5 years' experience within purchasing.· Excellent understanding of strategic sourcing practices based upon own strong experience from best in class sourcing organizations.· Strong business acumen and understanding of business development and Innovation processes. · Demonstrated ability to lead change in a complex multinational matrix environment. · Inspiring and motivating leader experienced in leading formal and/or virtual teams. · Proven ability to network and to gain commitment from various stakeholders. Strong negotiating skills and thorough understanding of supplier market and key drivers.· Strong team player with ability to work independently and in an international context.· Solid analytical skills, able to define and understand the most critical issues and to set and manage structure. · Excellent communication skills with experience to act and to provide results in matrix organizations. · Fluent English, both oral and written.· Highly structured and systematic, proactive, result oriented and willing to take initiative and responsibility.· Stora Enso value "Do what's right" and "Lead" must be strongly reflected in your high personal integrity and accountability.Personal skills· Visible: Is visible through contacts and travel to our sourcing and business units as well as suppliers.
