The sourcing organization at Tobii Dynavox is expanding to include the company's indirect categories and in need of a curious, high-performing Sourcing manager to take lead! The categories include IT, HW, SW, Storage and Communication, as well as services as Consultants and Facility Management.
As Sourcing Manager at Tobii Dynavox, you will have the possibility to drive sourcing activities and influence in a fast-growing organization. The responsibility will include both category and supplier management. You will be part of our global team, located in Stockholm at Tobii headquarters with great opportunity to travel.
The role and responsibilities
The sourcing department at Tobii Dynavox is a part of the global operations team, a group function supporting all Tobii Business Units. The team handles project sourcing as well as strategic sourcing. As Sourcing Manager your days will be filled with:
Analyzing needs for improvements and turn them into related sourcing opportunities
Category management, establish and maintain cross-functional networks, define and implementation of category strategies
RFx process
Risk management
Business continuity plans
Supplier governance
Cost management
Agreement management
Stakeholder management
We are looking for someone who
Has around 3-5 years of relevant experience within Strategic Sourcing, preferably within indirect material and services
Experience in driving RFx processes, managing supplier relationships, supplier governance, procurement methods, contract negotiations and risk management
Hands-on experience from establishment and working in cross-functional teams with strong execution focus
Proven record of driving supplier qualification
Excellent analytical and communication skills
Possess strong commercial skills
Fluent in English
