The sourcing organization at Tobii is expanding to include the company's indirect categories and is now in great need of a curious, high-performing Sourcing manager to take lead!
The sourcing department at Tobii is a part of the global operations team, a group function supporting all Tobii Business Units. The team handles project sourcing as well as strategic sourcing You will be part of our global team, located in Stockholm at with great opportunity to travel.
The role and responsibilities
As Sourcing Manager at Tobii you will have the possibility to drive sourcing activities and influence our fast-growing organization. The responsibility will include both category and supplier management within categories ranging from IT, HW, SW to Storage and Communication, as well as services like Consultants and Facility Management.
Your days will be filled with
• Analyzing needs for improvements and turn them into related sourcing opportunities.
• Managing eRFx processes
• Risk management
• Setting up business continuity plans
• Supplier governance
• Cost-, Agreement- and Stakeholder management
We are looking for someone who has
• Around 5 years of relevant experience within Strategic Sourcing, preferably within indirect material
• Experience in driving RFx processes, managing supplier relationships, supplier governance, procurement methods, contract negotiations and risk management
• Hands-on experience from establishment and working in cross-functional teams with strong execution focus
• Proven record of driving supplier qualification
• Real perseverance to be able to drive your work to completion
