We are now looking for a dynamic Sourcing Manager to our customer. You'll be at the forefront of driving and coordinating procurement activities within the "ground operations" and "Interior" categories. Teaming up with a colleague, you'll spearhead procurement efforts, ensuring seamless logistics and transportation operations.
In the "ground operations" sphere, you'll be pivotal in optimizing ground operations at our customers hubs. From procuring/loading vehicles to handling equipment, you'll play a vital role in maintaining efficiency. Meanwhile, in the Interior" category, your responsibilities will span from sourcing seats to TV screens and ovens.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and coordinate procurement activities for both "ground operations" and "Interior" categories.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders and suppliers to meet operational needs.
Source and procure vehicles, equipment, and other essentials for operations.
Drive optimization initiatives, challenging the status quo to enhance efficiency.
Requirements:
Detail-oriented with a strategic mindset, capable of both big-picture thinking and meticulous execution.
Strong business acumen and proficiency in business English (spoken and written).
Academic background, preferably in engineering, coupled with experience in the aviation industry (desirable).
Analytical thinker with a passion for process optimization.
Excellent negotiation skills and adept at relationship building.

Utilization: 100%
Start date: 2024-02-ASAP
End date: 2024-04-30, possibility of extension
Location: Solna, this role requires 2days onsite work per week
