Your mission
In this position, you have full responsibility for all Sourcing and Procurement related activities for one or several Product Areas where you're the primary contact for the assigned areas.
Your responsibilities include:
Acting as advisory and hands-on support for specific product areas to develop sourcing strategies and sourcing plans, supporting business needs and objectives.
Executing on sourcing plans by driving the entire deal process, including establishing relevant type of commercial models, devise negotiation strategies - managing the RFx process from start to finish, and leading commercial and contractual negotiations.
Developing the right vendor portfolio for the product areas.
Building and maintaining vendor partnerships and collaborations.
Managing assigned contracts and vendors through their lifecycle, including vendor risk management.
The location for this role is either in Stockholm or Sandviken and we offer you the chance to work part of your time remotely.
Your profile
We're looking for someone with extensive experience of IT sourcing in a decentralized organization. We value your previous work experience from international organizations, where you have worked with various sourcing and commercial models such as SaaS, managed services, outsourcing and projects. Beneficial to this position is a background within IT and Tech Sourcing and Procurement in areas related to digital workplace services and products, collaboration tools, telecom, and service desk. Working in a global setting as this one calls for excellent English skills, both in verbal and written form, and your understanding of Swedish is also good.
