Your mission
In this position, you're responsible for the regional sourcing team - managing and coordinating all our sourcing activities and promote the overall purchasing performance. You lead transformative change efforts within the organization, and you ensure that we have a solid foundation for conducting business. Furthermore, you support and follow-up the compliance of our agreements. You collaborate with all stakeholders in the global sourcing team to make best use of sourcing expertise and professional operation gaining competitive advantage to the organization. You're part of the management team of regional sourcing and global category managers.
The location for this position is in Svedala, Sweden, with the opportunity for hybrid working conditions. The job involves relevant global travel.
Your character
We're looking for someone with several years of experience from work in sourcing, combined with knowledge in basic IT and business systems. You have a university degree in a relevant field and previous leadership experience is beneficial. As we're truly global, you need excellent written and verbal skills in both Swedish and English.
You're driven and an enthusiastic leader, with an entrepreneurial spirit - making things happen in a timely and proactive manner. You're structured and have excellent analytical skills. Interacting in diverse and fast-paced environments excites you, and you use your service-minded approach and great communication skills to create great collaborations.
