hela Sverige We are now recruiting to an exciting position as Sourcing Manager to our clients Global ManufacturingTeam providing Strategic Sourcing solutions to support the Project and Product Portfolio. The team is responsible for establishing our clients external supply chains for a range of products to patients through a network of Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs).
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop and implement short, medium and long-term sourcing strategies to support advancement of projects from late development into commercialization and Life-cycle management
• Lead Supplier selection processes
• Collate Business Cases for strategic sourcing decisions
• Lead cross functional teams for negotiation of agreements for technology transfer and development services, manufacturing and supply agreements
QUALIFICATIONS
The right candidate has a university degree (MSc) in Pharmaceuticals, Engineering, Biochemistry or other relevant area and additional qualification in Procurement, Supply chain management and at least 5 years of work experience with Strategic Sourcing, supply and procurement with Contract Manufacturing Organizations network, supplier performance and relationship management from Pharma/Biotech industry.
To be successful you possess strong business skills in Sourcing and procurement and extensive experience in negotiations of complex agreements in a global environment.
