Sourcing Manager, Indirect Purchasing
Purchasing is a newly established function at Lynk & Co and we are now in a very exciting development phase, where we are building the team and defining the way of working. We will be a small and agile team, working very close to all other departments in the company, to develop sourcing strategies, run sourcing projects, and manage day to day purchasing needs.
We are now looking for two Sourcing Managers that will be responsible for one or more of our strategic sourcing areas, including Marketing & Customer Experience, Financial Services, Sales and Aftersales services.
The responsibility of the Sourcing Manager includes:
* Drive the development and implementation of sourcing strategies in close collaboration with stakeholders
* Identify and manage the business need
* Run sourcing projects, including RFx, negotiations, develop contracts, etc
* Participate in development of way of working, processes, templates, etc
Since we are a very young organization it's important that you are comfortable to work without set processes, that you enjoy contributing to development and solve problems, and are flexible and adaptable as things may change fast.
You also need to enjoy working closely together with others and be service and customer oriented, since the role requires close collaboration with stakeholders.
We think that you are known for being analytical and strategic, and super solution oriented and that you don't care about prestige.
Apart from this we believe that you
* have an M.Sc or MBA and 3-5 years' experience of strategic sourcing, e.g. as a Strategic Buyer or Sourcing Analyst
* have experience in purchasing of the relevant services (please specify which in your application)
* are comfortable in using MS office, in particular Excel
* have experience in SAP and/or Ariba and is a fast IT learner
