hela Sverige As a Sourcing Manager you will be working in a team of 6 sourcing managers and report to the Sourcing Category Manager. You will be working with the purchase of products within the area of Traded items. You are responsible for ensuring that sourcing activities are done on a competitive basis, based on the given product specifications and a high and stable level of service. You are also responsible for driving continuous improvement in your product area and to ensure that the strategy and goals within the Sourcing department is followed.
Responsibilities
Lead, negotiate and execute all sourcing activities in every phase of the product life cycle; i.e. development projects, improvement projects and when new supplier is selected (e.g. supplier switches).
Identify new suppliers when needed.
Lead all purchasing activities related to involvement of suppliers in development activities, including internal project involvement
Negotiate; ensure signature and storage of all relevant agreements in all phases of the product life cycle, including business extension. phase.
Continuously evaluate suppliers performance based on cost, quality, service, availability, reliability, and variety of selection.
Identify, realize and track savings opportunities.
Constantly improve buying conditions and conduct value analysis studies Communicate with suppliers and sector associations and spread information internally
Develop, negotiate and implement agreements Participate in the development of specifications for products or substitute materials
Follow market- and supplier development in its area of expertise.
Contribute to the development of sourcing strategy, and ensure implementation.
Ensure a timely finalization of the sourcing process with signed agreements including price, payments terms, lead time etc according to Terms of Delivery.
Ensure collaboration with the other functions internally
Qualifications
University degree in economics, engineering or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Relevant process & system knowledge
Spoken and written Swedish and English at a professional level
Excellent negotiator
Ability to take concepts into action
International working experience is an advantage
