Sourcing Manager End Customer Services

Our purchasing team manage all indirect and some direct purchasing for Lynk & Co in Europe. We are in a very exciting phase, supporting the Lynk & Co establishment in Europe and at the same time developing our function and ways of working. We work very close to our business stakeholders aiming to find solutions and create value for the business.

We are now looking for an experienced strategic buyer of mobility related services to drive sourcing initiatives and set up business partner agreements in our offer, operations, and logistics area. This includes services, last mile and logistics, road-side assistance, etc connected to end customer services. We are developing a unique offer and operations model and we are looking for you have a genuine interest in business and mobility to help us develop our business partners, agreements, and purchase processes in these areas.

This position is based in Gothenburg.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies with your stakeholders, based on company strategy and market analysis.
• Drive sourcing end-to-end initiatives to find the most suitable business partners
• Develop and negotiate business models and agreements from a total value perspective, including cost, terms & conditions, and service levels
• Manage strategic supplier relationships and develop models for, and follow-up performance
• Represent purchasing in development of way of working and P2P processes for your suppliers
• Participate in the development of the purchasing team (culture, processes, tools, communication, etc)

What you should have

• Substantial experience in a similar role
• Experience of mobility industry or closely related industry
• MBA or MSc in Business Administration or other relevant education
• Track record of negotiating value generating business models and agreements, and developing efficient processes
• Very good understanding of the mobility and logistics market, trends, and best practices
• A passion for business and driving improvements
• A reputation as an initiative taker, solution finder, and team player
