The Sourcing Leader is assigned a portfolio of Electronics suppliers and has the responsibility for development, communication and execution of sourcing strategies. There are high demands on security of supply and quality, as well as focus on cost efficient supply.
Essential Responsibilities:
In close collaboration with internal stakeholders, like Manufacturing, R&D, Product Management, and Supplier Quality the Sourcing Leader participates in New Product Introduction projects as well as activities related to life-cycle management, quality and fulfilment. Supplier selection, continuous monitoring and development of suppliers is performed. The Sourcing Leader will build deep relationships with the strategic suppliers to ensure realization of the business objectives.
Role Summary/Purpose

Qualifications/Requirements:
Ability to work in Sweden (EU work permit)
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, or Business Administration or equivalent knowledge/experience
Relevant work experience with technical depth/knowledge, Sourcing, Sales, Project Management, Supply Chain or Engineering experience
Willing to travel domestically and internationally
International business experience
Fluent in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
