What you'll do
Working closely with site leadership your role will be to interpret supplier risk data, and develop risk mitigation plans.
Using the Sourcing Risk Finder tool the role requires extensive data analysis to assess supply risks using an objective, data-driven approach to prioritize recommendations for risk reduction projects. The role also requires the creation of business cases to justify proposed risk mitigation activities.
Ensure multi-stakeholder operating mechanisms are in place to ensure all relevant stakeholders are informed and contributing to progress on Supplier Risk Management activities.
Ensure a recognized list of SRM priorities is maintained and disseminated across the business.
Contribute to the strategic planning of the SRM and SOS programs.
Who you are
Customer focus is a key element of the role and you will be required to secure VOC and communicate this internally in the organization in order that our SRM program is as customer focused as possible.
While your activities will be extensively data driven, your role will rely heavily on your ability to influence stakeholders and sell your ideas based on their merits and value creating benefits.
You will be comfortable presenting proposals with senior leadership across the organization in order to secure support for your proposals
Highly motivated and self-starting, able to contribute to the SRM team's ambitious goals.
