hela Sverige Do you have experience with project management and good knowledge within SAP and Ariba? At Essity you get the opportunity to take lead in larger projects regarding implementation and work with change management in the organization.
What you will do
Process Development & Improvement
• Manage the existing technology partners to enhance and innovate Essity sourcing systems, tools & processes, and actively research the external market to ensure robust benchmarking to enhance Essity's competitive advantage through digitalisation innovations
• Act as process improvement leader to effectively manage cross-functional interface for end to end processes and any other relevant areas related to Sourcing
• Lead sourcing related projects and initiatives to reduce complexity and promote standardisation of systems, tools and processes, through close collaboration with all sourcing teams and key stakeholders (Cross functional optimisation)
• Provide SME support to all sourcing teams during implementation and enhancement phases for all systems and ensure robust processes and support/training packages are in place. Providing first line training support as required
Project Management
• Lead sourcing project reviews and status updates, demonstrating a deep understanding of assigned projects that support the business transformation roadmap (Digitalisation)
• Responsible for defining project scope, resources, communication plans and securing stakeholder buy-in through effective communication and lobbying
• Develop appropriate business plans to secure investments for system developments, ensuring close collaboration with all key stakeholders to ensure all key business needs are captured
System Development & Digitalization
• Responsible for relationship (non-commercial) with key business partners related to Sourcing Excellence & business transformation, leading business review meetings and ensuring effective preparation
• Gather feedback from Essity's internal stakeholders in relation to systems, tools and processes to ensure all developments/enhancements are delivering value internally and facilitating improvements for the user experience
• Prepare monthly communications to keep organisation updated on all developments/activities within Sourcing Excellence (Part of the Global Sourcing communication package)
Who you are
• Bachelor's Degree within Business Economics, Business Management, Statistics or similar
• Education and/or experience within project management, projects within implementation of SAP Ariba is an advantage
• Experience within Change Management
• Knowledge in SAP, SAP ERP and SAP Ariba
• Fluent in Swedish and English
You take responsibility for your tasks and get motivated by starting projects and taking initiatives.
Furthermore, you have a strategic and solution-oriented approach where you have the ability to be proactive in your daily work. You have good cooperation skills where you support and listen to the other members in your group. Finally, you have the ability motivate and inspire others as well as creating a positive spirit.
